Business Improvement Team (BIT)

The BIT is responsible for facilitating & monitoring change management, relationship building (internal & external), strategic planning and corporate goals setting.  This team seeks to balance the thirty-thousand foot view perspective with a focused approach to process management.  Corporate goals for each year will be handed-off to our Departmental Team Leaders Team who will in turn develop team (departmental) goals, which support the corporate goals.

Departmental Team Leaders (DTL)

Comprised of team leaders from each department, the DTLs primary mission is to achieve total integration or coordination between all departmental goals, jobs, and schedules.  In addition the DTLs provide a very important company-wide communications function.
