Solutions Procurement Team (SPT)

The SPT is a customer intimate company’s version of R & D.  This group will be responsible for the interpretation of customer’s needs, market, and technical information.  The SPT will evaluate and select products, which can in turn be integrated into the “Matrix Total Solutions Set”.  This team will also be responsible for fulfilling internal development needs and accomplishing any third party product integration.

This team is comprised of Engineering, Hardware, Software, and Product Management personnel.
