Reliability
Eliminate the risk inherent in systems that depend solely on network communication with Frontier that offers three layers of database redundancy… Frontier controls access in the event of loss of network connectivity, server, or controller failure. In the event of a server’s hard drive failure, fault tolerance is supported (using RAID levels) as well as an optional warm backup solution minimizing server downtime. |

In addition, Frontier is backward compatible with all Matrix equipment (badge readers, reader control modules, and alarm panels) allowing you to add to your existing Matrix access control system without replacement of your Matrix hardware*. |
